Ankunda Isabellah Shirah

Ankunda Isabellah Shirah is a dedicated member of Top-Notch Community Development Initiative and one of the pioneers of the Organization. She holds a bachelors’ degree in oil and gas production from Kyambogo University- Kampala. She has vast experience in the sector and has participated in data collection projects, organization building programs, monitoring and evaluation, oil and gas as well as a number of research projects which have improved her skills in community engagement. Besides that, she has also attained certificates in enterprise development, management systems and project management.

 

Ankunda is exceptionally open to learning and sharing her skills and is driven by strong commitment, values and work ethics which contribute innovatively in a work environment. She has a strong appreciation for integrity and values working with a team and with these qualities therefore, she seeks to continue working towards enhancing and strengthening the community she is engaged in.
