Caroline is a self-driven individual with over 8 years’ experience working with both local and International Organizations. She has a blend of experience in program work, monitoring and evaluation and resource mobilization. In this regard she has a distinctive understanding of the project life cycle which enables her engage differently at any level right through design, implementation, monitoring and close out.
Caroline has a wide range of experience performing diverse needs assessment, baseline studies, end line surveys, Community scorecards (using participatory M&E approaches and electronic/online data collection tools such as ODK and SPSS where qualitative and quantitative data collection and evaluation tools have been key.)
She is also a Trainer of Trainees and has trained on different models including Livelihood- Table banking and VSLA, Behaviour Change-Safe Choices, Stepping Stones, GBV-SASA and Governance and accountability- Active Citizens Model among others. She is a health and GBV advocate with a niche in accountability, community mobilization and sensitization.
She has served with different Organizations including Mercy Corps Uganda, International Community of Women Living with HIV Eastern Africa, JSI (USAID Rhites North Lango), Lira District Youth Advocacy Network (LIDIYANET) and Concerned Children and Youth Association (CCYA). Caroline currently leads implementation of the Global Fund project at ICWEA and works as an associate Consultant with Top Notch Consult.
Caroline is a holder of Post Graduate in Monitoring and Evaluation from Uganda Management Institute (UMI), Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies from Makerere University, Diploma in Project Planning and Management from the Kenya Institute of Management (KIM). Caroline leads implementation of the Global Fund project at ICWEA and works as an associate Consultant with Top Notch Consult.
