Jackline Katusiime

Jackline is a dedicated, self-driven, goal oriented, committed and currently a staff of Top Notch-CDI. She is an administrator by profession. Jackline holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration and management and Administrative Law from recognised institutions. She has abilities of motivating fellow workers, good at maintaining work relations, flexibility in delivering and executing assigned duties. Jackline has over 10 years working experience with organisations like CARE-SCORE as (family strengthening officer) and was passionate to deliver services to the communities through fighting GBV, Child Safeguarding, prevention of sexual harassment, exploitation, and abuse (PSHEA), enrolling youth in different skills as well positive parenting skills and she has extensive experience in partnership building, community mobilisation and engagement. Jackline has worked with Uganda National Farmers Federation (UNFFE)/ WE-EFFECT as Youth Entrepreneurship officer, Brac-Uganda (Enumerator), British American Tobacco Uganda- (Data entrant), International Community of women living with HIV Eastern Africa- Research Assistant. She participated in different consultants like MUCOBADI, JRS, Global fund. Jackline has additional skills in planning, management, leadership & administrative skills, teamwork, research, report writing, communication and advocacy skills. She has also attained several certificates for example Human Rights defenders, Parenting skills and Life skills for Adolescents.
