Stephen is a self- driven person who always aim at tasks accomplishment within the stipulated time. He is a social worker with a Bachelor’s Degree in Development Studies and seeks to contribute towards the safety and social wellbeing of the vulnerable groups of people (children, women and men) in the community through advocacy for human rights, justice, quality healthcare, improved livelihood and equal access to resources, services and opportunities. Stephen has gained 5- 7 years of experience working with organizations such as Food for the Hungry- Uganda (Field Staff and Focal Point Person VSLAs), Independent Electoral Commission- Uganda (Presiding Officer), Uganda Bureau of Statistics (Parish Supervisor) and Diocese of Lango (Intern in the Department of Planning and Development), and Community Copping Support organization (Intern). Other short courses attained are Monitoring and Evaluation (African Population Institute), Village Savings and Loans Associations Methodologies (Food for the Hungry), Enumerators’ training on IDEAL, CLA and Care Giver (Food for the Hungry) and Introduction to Computer and Microsoft Office (Comp ad Computer Center).
